I started iq.district after watching the same pattern across dozens of businesses: hire to scale, buy software to "get organized," talk about systems without ever building them, end up busier, not better.

The pattern was always the same: treating symptoms, not finding the leak.

So I started auditing operations like a forensic accountant audits books. Not optimizing what's there. Finding what's silently bleeding. Then building the fix.

I've spent years engineering systems where small inefficiencies quietly compound into massive losses. The same principle applies to every operation we audit.
